Here's how to reach us and what to expect when you call.
Just describe the problem in your own words. You don't need to know any technical terms — "it's doing a weird thing" is a perfectly fine starting point.
If we need to take a look at your computer, we'll ask you to install a free program called RustDesk. It's safe, open-source, and lets us see your screen and help you directly. We'll walk you through every step.
Once RustDesk is open, you'll see an ID number and a password on screen. Just read those to us over the phone and we'll connect. You stay in control — you can end the session any time.
We'll work through the problem with you, explaining what we're doing as we go. When we're done, you can close RustDesk and we lose access immediately.
Before we help you, we need you to acknowledge that your call will be recorded. Please fill this out before or after your call.
