What to Expect

Tell Us What's Going On

Just describe the problem in your own words. You don't need to know any technical terms. "It's doing a weird thing" is a perfectly fine starting point.

We Might Need to See Your Screen

If we need to take a look at your computer, we'll ask you to install a free program called RustDesk. It's safe, open-source, and lets us see your screen and help you directly. We'll walk you through every step.

Read Us the ID and One-time Password

Once RustDesk is open, you'll see an ID number and a one-time password on screen. Just read those to us over the phone and we'll connect. You stay in control and can end the session any time.

We Fix It Together

We'll work through the problem with you, explaining what we're doing as we go. When we're done, you can close RustDesk and we lose access immediately.
